What happens after you apply

We will review your CV and one of our partners will get back to you with feedback within 2 weeks.

If we believe your profile is a great fit for the role, you will be invited for a 30min intro call. No HR involved, you will speak with someone who knows our business in-and-out.

We believe in transparency. We look at the interviews as a 2-way process, where we will also talk honestly about what you can expect working with us.

After the intro call, depending on the role you apply for, you will potentially be assigned a short hands-on exercise to get a real flavor of what you would be doing at Alzamo.

For the final interview round, we will invite you to our office at Astoria to meet us in person and talk through in detail any further questions you may have. We may even grab lunch or a beer together: -)

If we are all happy, we will present you an offer, either remotely or in person, depending on your preference.

We try to complete the entire process in 2-3 weeks depending on everyone’s availability. We understand nobody enjoys lengthy interview processes so we want to make it as smooth as possible for you.
